TERMS OF SERVICE
As part of the registration process you will be required to provide your contact details. IMAGEM will not share your contact details with a third party.
Please ensure any information you provide to IMAGEM in the course of completing the registration process is accurate and kept up to date.
Once you have completed the registration process you will become a registered member of IMAGEM and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
DISPATCH
Orders received will be dispatched within 2 business days unless there are extreme unforeseen circumstances . Any orders received after 12pm on a Friday or on a weekend will be processed the following Monday. All products are shipped from Brisbane, Australia with online tracking provided.
CURRENCY, CUSTOMS DUTY, GST AND TAX
All products are listed in Australian dollars, tax inclusive in line with current Australian legislation.
International customers, please take note that any import duty or tax collected by the local customs agency in your country is the responsibility of the receiver.
RETURN POLICY
If you receive your package and find there is an issue with your goods please contact IMAGEM via email prior to returning them. Your email will be answered by a family member within 2 working days.
We will do our best to work with you to resolve any issues. Goods can be returned to IMAGEM for a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. Shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping will be at the buyers cost. Gemstones must be returned in the original packaging and must be sent registered post. The person returning the item is fully responsible for it whilst in transit until it is signed for by IMAGEM. If an item is lost in the mail then no refund is possible so please insure your packages. IMAGEM is not liable or responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail in the returning/refunding process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request to cancel your order by email. We endeavour to provide fast shipping so if you need to cancel do not delay. Cancelling an order before it is shipped will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value. The cancellation fee covers any non-refundable transaction fees charged by payment processors. The order total less the cancellation fee will be credited back through to the original payment method within 2 business days of the request.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose your items carefully. Significant detail has been provided where possible on all items to ensure you buy what you need to create your beautiful jewellery. If you find you need to exchange an item you will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance of your purchased item. Any subsequent shipping and insurance costs incurred during the exchange process will be the responsibility of the buyer.

The material on the Website is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and through international treaties. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in the site content and compilation of the website (including text, graphics, logos, button icons (the ' Content') are owned or controlled for these purposes, and are reserved by IMAGEM.
1.2. IMAGEM retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and all related content. Nothing you do on or in relation to the Website will transfer to you:
(a) the business name, trading name, domain name, trade mark, industrial design, patent, registered design or copyright of IMAGEM; or
(b) the right to use or exploit a business name, trading name, domain name, trade mark or industrial design; or
(c) a system or process that is the subject of a patent, registered design or copyright (or an adaptation or modification of such a system or process).

You may not, without the prior written permission of IMAGEM and the permission of any other relevant rights owners: broadcast, republish, up-load to a third party, transmit, post, distribute, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the Content or third party contact for any purpose. This prohibition does not extend to materials on the Website which are freely available for re-use or are in the public domain.
