Are the photos depicting the gemstones edited? ​

No, they are not. All photos on the IMAGEM website are taken in a light box with an Iphone. There is no editing in the process. Please be aware the light box is designed to take images as close to natural sunlight as possible. Some items that are particularly well cut pick up light extremely well and may be slightly darker than the photo under normal indoor lighting. We do everything we can to ensure the photos presented are representative of the gem in real life.    

How Do I Place An Order?

Scroll through our amazing stock, click add to cart, pay and we will get your purchase to you ASAP. :) 

 

Payment and Shipping

Once your purchase is complete we will ship to you within two business days. More information regarding shipping is available in our T & C 's. 

 

Who operates IMAGEM? 

IMAGEM is a family owned and operated company. If you need to email us you will receive a reply from a family member or on occasion a trusted member of our small staff. We genuinely care about the items we sell and customer satisfaction. 

 

What is the Gems with Inclusions page? 

Have you ever purchased gems and found some of it has inclusions you were not expecting? ( natural or otherwise ). Sometimes you can't see inclusions in the photos and you don't know until the gems are in your lounge room. It's annoying ! At IMAGEM we are trying to do things a little differently.

We have listed the inclusions in each products listing. If they are minor the item will be listed in their collection and the inclusion pointed out. If there are obvious and bad inclusions the item will be on the Gems with Inclusions page. 

It takes us time and effort to place these items on the site. We do it so our customers have access to lower grade gems to practice and create with. Also so you know exactly what you are receiving with the clean or slightly included stock.       

How do I make a return or receive a refund? 

Please contact IMAGEM via email if you have a problem at info@imagem.com.au

Information on returns and refunds can be found in our T & C 's. 

Please choose carefully - we will gladly refund or exchange if there is a problem with the goods but not if you just change your mind.

We appreciate our members and enjoy looking after you. We will not share your personal information with any third party. 

I am looking for a particular stock item, when will you have it available?

 

If you are looking for a specific item and you cannot see it on our website feel free to email us. We will try our best to help you. 

Custom Orders

Once you have placed a custom order you will be notified via email when it is ready for collection. Once it is available you can find it under the Custom Orders filter. These items have been specifically requested by IMAGEM customers so please do not add them to your cart unless you ordered them.  

Are all the gemstones natural? 

Yes. IMAGEM does not sell man made or lab grown gemstones. 

Postage to USA and Europe

Postage to USA currenty takes 8 - 10 business days. Europe 10-15.
